Hereby, Palcadar S.L. informs users of the Tiketeo website (hereinafter "the website") of its Privacy Policy and describes what data it collects, how it is used, users' options regarding this data, their rights, the security of their data, commercial communications, and modifications to the confidentiality policy.
In the processing of personal data, the platform guarantees compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council regarding the protection of natural persons. This regulation aims to guarantee and protect, concerning the processing of personal data, the public liberties and fundamental rights of natural persons, and especially their honor and personal and family privacy.
The use of the website and any of the services incorporated therein implies acceptance of the conditions presented below. - Promoter Registration: Data provided by Promoters will be used for the provision of services provided through the Website, as well as to send newsletters regarding changes and communications related to the service that may be of interest to you. You are solely responsible for anything that happens as a result of failing to maintain such security and confidentiality.
- Ticket Purchase: To manage the contracting of products and services offered through the Website or by telephone, as well as for managing the contractual relationship between the platform and the Users. During the contracting process, financial data (bank cards) may be collected for the purpose of communicating them to the entities that manage payment. This purpose corresponds to the free and legitimate acceptance of the legal relationship between the User and the platform, which implies the connection of this processing with third-party files for the fulfillment of the specified purposes.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: The personal data of buyers, such as identifying information, purchase data, and, in the case of a refund request, information that may justify the unforeseen event alleged for their request, will be used to manage requests for any of the services included in the satisfaction guarantee, which can be managed through the form provided in the same ticket confirmation email once the purchase is formalized. This data will be used exclusively for managing the request and retained only for the time necessary to process the refund and any potential claims, in accordance with current regulations. Likewise, it may be communicated to third parties directly involved in processing the refund, such as banking entities, payment platforms, or event organizers, solely for the purpose of executing the corresponding refund.
- Access to the Private Area: To manage the registration and subsequent data that Users may generate through said area in order to carry out the general administration of their account, maintenance, and control, as well as managing their relationship with the platform.
- Buyers: Data provided by users at the time of purchase will be made available to promoters for future communications. Provided that express consent has been given, this data may be used for commercial communication purposes by the event organizer, and the owners of the platform and its technology.
- Promoter Pages: All data provided through contact forms established in the spaces designated for the promoter will be viewed not only by the promoter but also by the platform.
Information Collection We collect information that falls into two general categories:

The platform informs its Users of their right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) if they believe they have not received proper assistance in exercising the rights mentioned in this section.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction The applicable law in the event of a dispute or conflict of interpretation of the terms that make up these Terms of Use, as well as any matter related to the services of the Portal, will be Spanish law. For the resolution of any controversy that may arise from the use of the Portal and its services, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Palma de Mallorca, and their hierarchical superiors, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction they might have, if different from those indicated.
