I.- WHAT IS Tiketeo?

Tiketeo is the platform dedicated to creating tools that facilitate the organization of and participation in different types of events. Through the Platform, we have sought to offer both a simple way to purchase tickets for events and to provide event organizers with a useful and creative tool to organize and sell tickets for their events.

Therefore, through the Platform, you can have two types of roles: event organizer (including the sale of tickets for them) or ticket buyer. This means you have different interaction options on the Platform; the characteristics of each are detailed in our Terms of Service.

II.- CAN I BUY TICKETS WITHOUT REGISTERING?

If you do not register on the platform, you will only be able to purchase tickets for the various events organized through the platform. If you want to organize an event, you must register on the Platform.

This section of the Platform only governs the general use of our platform, as the specific terms for both purchasing tickets and organizing events will be provided in the Terms of Service. You have the option to print this document, and if you have any questions, our email address is available to you.

Additionally, there is a possibility that a promoter may add their own legal conditions for their event.

III.- AS AN UNREGISTERED USER, WHAT DO I AGREE TO?

Merely accessing the Platform makes you an unregistered user of it. Therefore, as we have already mentioned, by browsing the Platform, you are accepting this Legal Notice without reservation. In order to respect the platform and all its users, you agree to the following: To use the Platform, its services, and the content offered respecting the law, morals, good customs, and public order, in a diligent and correct manner. Among other aspects, you agree not to make illicit copies of the content displayed on the Platform, disseminate the content, reproduce it outside the Platform, take screenshots, or any other act that involves the fixation, distribution, or making available of the materials hosted on the Platform. Likewise, you agree not to use the platform's registered trademarks or any other exclusive industrial property right belonging to us. If you decide to purchase tickets through the Platform, you must also read and accept the Terms of Service related to the purchase of tickets.

IV.- WHAT IS THE EXTENT OF OUR LIABILITY?

To be able to offer you the platform, there are different elements that must be taken into account. Therefore, and by way of explanation, we detail which aspects do not depend on us and, consequently, we will not be directly or subsidiarily responsible for: The illegitimate uses that users may make of trademarks, product or service names, or, in general, of any industrial property right of a third party. Regarding our specific liability in relation to ticket sales and event organization, you can read all the details in the Terms of Service.

V.- USE OF COOKIES

We wanted to leave the most technical part for last. As you probably know, cookies are small fragments of information hosted on the visiting user's terminal on the Platform via their browser. We reserve the right to use cookies to, among other aspects, facilitate your navigation on our Platform and provide more convenient access to the information we provide within it.
